Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread (white or brown)
- 2 medium-sized potatoes (boiled)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 green chili (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Fresh coriander (chopped)
- 2-3 tbsp butter (for grilling)

Prepare the Potato Filling:
- Start by boiling the potatoes, then peel and mash them well.
- Heat some oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onion. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add the green chili and chopped tomato, and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft.
- Now, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix everything well.
- Add the mashed potatoes to this mixture and stir it all together.
- Cook the potato filling for 3-4 minutes, allowing the spices to blend. Finally, sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. Mix and remove from heat.

Assemble the Sandwich:
- Take two slices of bread and spread butter on one side of each slice.
- On one slice, spread a generous amount of the prepared potato filling. Cover it with the other slice, buttered side facing out.

- Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium heat. Add some butter to the tawa.
- Place the sandwich on the tawa and press it gently with a spatula. Grill it until golden and crispy on one side.
- Flip the sandwich and grill the other side until crispy and golden brown as well.
