Tasty Chana Pulao Recipe - How to make Chana Pulao - Kitchen With Amna



Ingredients: Chickpeas 1 Cup (Boiled) Rice 1 Glass or 250gm (Soaked) Small Onion 1 (Chopped) Tomato 1 (Chopped) Oil 4 tbsp Green Chillies 2 (Chopped) Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp Tamarind 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala: Bay Leaf 1 Cinnamon 1 Green Cardamom 1 Black pepper 4 Cloves 2 Cumin 1 tsp Nutmeg & Mace Powder 1/4 tsp Pickling 1 tbsp Direction: Step 1: Take a pot and add oil and onion and fry it until it become brown color. After that add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add Tomatoes, salt, Turmeric Powder, Tamarind and stir it and then add 1/4 Cup Water and stir it and then cover it with lid and cook for 4 minutes on medium flame. Step 2: After that add Chopped Green Chillies, Boiled Chickpeas, Nutmeg & Mace Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Pickling and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes. Step 3: Now add Soaked Rice with 2 glass water and stir it and cover it with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to high flame. After that remove lid and stir it and then again cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on very low flame. After that Your Chana Pulao is Ready.
